Samsung is now expanding their Nordic service organization and is now looking for an engaged and dedicated Technical Supporter to support the Home Appliance Division. The Customer Satisfaction organization is a strategic part of Samsung's business and responsible for ensuring and improving the service of electronic products sold in the Nordic region. In the position as Technical Supporter, your main responsibility will be to work with tickets from our Call Center for Home Appliance products in the Nordics.
You will be reporting to the Nordic CE Service Manager located in Kista, Sweden. Possibilities to work from other Nordics offices (Sweden, Norway, Denmark).

You will be working with:
Answer Support tickets from B2C Call Center agents regarding Home Appliance products like for example Washing Machines, Dryers, Cooling and Built in products.
You will review tickets and instruct our Call Center agents on the right way to handle the request.
We are looking for
- Technical degree preferred, alternatively good track record
- Experience from working with service and support of Home Appliance is a must
- Good knowledge and understanding of both software and hardware of modern Home Appliance products
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication skills in English and knowledge in a Nordic language is a bonus

- Short learning curve and ability to adapt and take initiative in unfamiliar situations
- Analytical with ability to tackle a problem by using a logical, systematic, sequential approach
- Exceptional ability in structured problem solving and innovative out of the box thinking

- Exceptional service mind towards internal stakeholders, partners and end-customers
We are looking for a person who has a genuine interest in consumer electronics and after-sales. You should be end-customer oriented and responsive to their business issues. To be successful in the role you need to be energetic and self-propelled with a short learning and the ability to find new solutions to complex problems.
