We are now looking for a technical support engineer to E-mobility Nordic – one of Vattenfall’s newest and most interesting business units!


Together with a fantastic team of competent, engaged and driven colleagues you will play a key role in creating success for our customers, with our InCharge portfolio of products and services for charging electric vehicles.

As a technical support engineer for E-Mobility your work will ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction. The role is both dynamic and complex – focusing both on direct customer support, proactive asset maintenance as well as engineering activities in different customer related projects. As part of a new business unit, you will not only manage technical support issues, but also build-up ways of working, improve our offerings to customers, finetune processes and routines, to secure a positive customer experience.


 
Your skills and experiences. We are looking for a candidate that:

 

 

 

 

 

  • Have experience of EV charging or similar field of technology.
  • Have knowledge of networking, tele communication and application protocols.
  • Can explain problems and solutions in relation to the recipient’s level of knowledge.
  • Ability to analyze and create proactive plans for activities that create long-term network stability.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure platforms is meritorious.

Our ideal candidate holds at least a Bachelor degree within electrical engineering, data engineering or similar. Since you need to be able to speak with Swedish customers as well as English speaking colleagues our candidate must be able to communicate fluently in both Swedish and English.
