Senior Analog IC Engineer
A GN-Hearing, we are working on our next generation chipset for use in our hearing instruments and other GN products. We are looking for an experienced Senior Analog IC Engineer, who can join the team, and help us with design and verification of our next generation chipset, as well as with system design and block level design for future chipsets, looking into recent audio trends, radio integration, power management and novel charging concepts.
We have multiple IC projects running in our IC Team, both in mature CMOS nodes and in advanced nodes, where there will be room for development of your skills within many areas of analog and mixed mode IC design.
You will join a diverse and skilled team of + 30 analog, digital and physical IC designers, working right at the heart of GN-Hearing.
Ownership of IC blocks and sub systems, from system design to block specification, design, layout and verification in lab.
Study and understand our current chip set and HW platform.
Network with neighboring teams working with system design, electronics integration and radio systems.
Sourcing and functional verification of 3rd party analog IP, PLL’s and radio systems as an example.
Mixed mode verification for one of our power management IC’s, which is approaching tape-out.
Write and maintain Python modules and drivers, for our test framework.
Execute manual and automated parts of our test campaign, together with the rest of the project team.
M.Sc. or Ph.D. in integrated analog electronics with +10 years of experience, working in CMOS. We use Cadence front-end EDA tools, and a mix of back-end and simulation tools from Cadence, Mentor and Synopsys.
Structured and analytical team player.
Broad experience with integrated analog and mixed mode circuit design in CMOS. Such as SC power converters, Wireless charging circuits, SDM A/D converters, both SC and CT. Class D amplifiers, HF/RF radio systems, such as Bluetooth and similar.
Experience with development of mixed mode simulation flows, for both analog-top and digital-top IC designs.
Experience with R&D work in a regulated environment, i.e. strict revision control and traceability for design data and documentation.
