RECEIVING, STORAGE AND PROPERTY MANAGER

We are looking for a receiving, storage and property manager who will be responsible for our buildings and their surrounds, and the storage, sending and receiving of components for all Bruks Siwertell products, both new sales and service. Purchasing components, which are kept in storage, are also included in the scope for the department, based in Bjuv, Sweden. Could this be you?

Our Bjuv properties include a number of buildings, from offices and storage units, to manufacturing facilities. The role incudes responsibility for the surrounding land and gardens, which are maintained by our own personnel as well as external contractors. In addition to Bruks Siwertell, the tenant, Skruva Teknik, is also based within our property portfolio.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Your responsibility will include ensuring that the sending, receiving and storage of all goods and components are run according our business processes, instructions and operational needs. You will also be responsible for inventories, developing work processes and our storage facilities, and for purchasing stored components. This will include contacting vendors and ensuring good stock control according to instructions.

For our properties, you will be responsible for maintaining, developing and modernizing them, along with any necessary legal permissions. You will also be in contact with our tenant, vendors and authorities and coordinate all activities.

You will be responsible for various personnel and work closely with colleagues within the receiving, storage and property department, as well as purchasing administrators. Budgeting and cost analysis for all areas of responsibility are included in the position.

QUALIFICATIONS

To succeed in this position, ideally you will have an engineering background at high school or university level, along with experience of working with logistics and/or property management, preferably in a managerial position. You should be able to read technical drawings and documentation, and have experience of an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system and procurement.

PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS

We are looking for someone who is outgoing and cooperative, and is skilled at creating a good team spirit. You are thorough, organized and have well-developed planning capabilities, and are able to manage and drive work schedules and take responsibility for tasks. Basic knowledge of both written and spoken Swedish is essential.
