We are looking for a Quality Specialist to our global Quality Management team in the Pulp & Energy Business Line.
In this position, you will focus on Quality Management related tasks and collaborate with P&E’s global organization. You will work with colleagues mostly in Finland and Sweden and your working location will be Gothenburg, Sweden. Your main responsibilities include continuous improvement, management system development and coordination of internal and external audits.
Quality Specialist’s tasks include:
Management of business processes - maintenance, development, implementation, and communication of processes
Continuous improvement – support and training to organization, facilitation of root cause analyses and value stream mappings, and support with Cost of Poor Quality analyses
External and internal audits – coordination of audits and audit findings, performing internal audits
Development of quality processes and practices in Pulp & Energy, plus selected development projects on Valmet level
Collaboration with the global quality management team, Process Owners of business processes, e.g. Sell, Deliver, Supply & Category Management processes, and the whole Pulp & Energy organization
To be successful in this role you should have:
3-5 years’ experience in Quality Management
A suitable Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, paper technology or similar, including some quality related courses
Experience or formal training in lean skills and root cause analysis methods
Good knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards and auditor competence
Good verbal communication and training skills
Good written communication skills
Fluent English skills
