The Marketing department including the product line Customized Rebuilds and Upgrades is looking for a new Product Specialist for our Custom Engineered Solution (CES) and Midlife services products.
As the Product specialist, it’s your overall mission to be the expert in the products from a marketing perspective, work with requests and quotes to customer centers and be the owner of each order request. You will manage the work to come up with a safe and profitable solution. and be the main contact toward our customer centers. Your objective is to coordinate upgrades and rebuilds of equipment and vehicles from the Capital divisions and other objects where Epiroc core products could be used.
Specific Tasks And Responsibilities
Responsible from Customer Center request to order delivery for Custom Engineered Solutions (CES) and/ or Midlife services for hub Örebro.
Manage and maintain our customer relations.
Quoting (including pricing and lead time) of Custom Engineered Solutions and/or Midlife services.
Manage and develop the quote and order process via tools like Machine order (MO) together with Product Management.
Work with engineering, sourcing and production to manage the CES and/or Midlife services production schedule including assignment of production slots.
Come up with the technical solution together with the Capital Engineering departments and/or the MRS Engineering team to facilitate the upgrade / rebuild.
Contribute to the development of the CES and Midlife services team and belonging processes.
Follow-up and update quotes and orders in the CES and Midlife services tools and take action accordingly.
Contribute to price list updates and CES and/or Midlife services business development. Customer visits to support in developing the CES and/or Midlife services business.
Other Product Line related tasks.
Knowledge & Experience Requirements
University business degree alternatively engineering degree or similar knowledge based on experience.
Experience from Drilling, teamcenter and/or M3 is of high value but not a must. Customer Center experience is valued high. MS Excel knowledge is essential. Good knowledge of English, verbally and in writing is essential.

To be successful in this role, you must achieve results through good cooperation with others. A structured way of working is vital. A strong interest in working in an international and multicultural environment. A proven track record of executing according to defined strategy and follow up. Interviews will take place continuously during the application time. This position is based in Örebro, Sweden. This position could require international travelling.
Atlas Copco's Board of Directors announced in January 2017 that it would initiate work in order to propose to the Annual General Meeting in 2018, to decide on a split of Atlas Copco into two parts. Atlas Copco will focus on industry and Epiroc will focus on mining, infrastructure and natural resources industries.
