Are you open for a new challenge? The role as process manager at Mycronic is an exciting opportunity for you, where you will be responsible to develop and implement processes that are going to impact the job of many people within the service organization.

About the role

In the position as Process Manager you will participate in the development of new tools and new guidelines to maximize performances and utilization rates of resources. In this position you will be part of the Global Aftermarket team and report directly to the Head of Aftermarket. Further you work closely with a wide range of colleagues and functions within the organization; Service Technicians, Finance, IT Application Manager and Logistic Experts.

This is a temporary position until the end of 2021, but with great chances of extension for the right person.

Job duties

  • Be responsible for the definition, development, roll out and continuous improvement of all aftermarket process and systems globally within the business area.

  • Be in charge of projects within aftermarket and be responsible for driving cross functional project teams to be focused, flexible and responsive in meeting the needs of the Customer Support business.

  • Further develop both customer support business IT systems and processes, including process digitalisation and be involved with the implementation globally at all Business divisions, Subsidiaries and Distributors.

We are looking for

You who:

  • Have 3+ years successfully performing as Process Engineer, Process Manager, Manufacturing engineer or Quality engineer

  • Have a college/university degree in a related field

  • Have operational project management skills

  • Have excellent IT skills (MS Office, Visio, Excel macros / look-ups)

  • Are fluent in English, both written and spoken

  • Structured

  • Communicative

You are also a person who enjoys taking initiatives and thrives in a multicultural environment. You are a true team player with an open attitude, a positive mindset and a high level of personal responsibility.

  • Start: Immediately, but no later than 1st of March

  • Work extent: Full-time, temporary position until the end of 2021

  • Location: Täby, Stockholm
