The Marketing team at Svar Life Science is looking for a talented ”Swiss army knife” who shares our love for great B2B and life science marketing. As a utility player for both Product Management and the Marketing Communication teams, you will have a critical role in driving business and helping build the next great life science company – Svar Life Science !


Marketing Communications Project Manager holds a key function within the marketing department with focus on coordination and administration of various activities including collaterals and web updates. The overall responsibility of the Marketing Communications Project Manager is to through optimized marketing campaigns contribute to grow the global top-line. 

The Marketing Communications Project Manager has hands-on tasks to support the market and sales organization and is responsible for leading projects from start to end in the marketing department to support sales of our highly advanced products and service portfolios. 

This position creates, implements, and manages marketing communications activities designed to strengthen our brand identity and generate awareness of product and service offerings, support solution-based-selling and lead generation. 

The responsibilities include development of our different business areas’ marketing platforms and assisting in the development of our digital marketing platform with an emphasis on strengthening our services solutions. 

As member of the marketing department, you will work closely together with the Marketing Communications team, our Product Managers and collaborate with other internal stakeholders.


  • Identify and drive marketing communication activities and campaigns for implementation of corporate strategies and marketing plans.

  • Plan and deliver tactical and digital communications to our customers and collaboration partners with the aim to positively impact the external brand image and identity

  • Coordination of marketing communication projects – plan, administer and run projects such as product launches and external events.

  • Work closely with the Product Management team and contribute to defining and promoting of product and service offerings

  • Assist Product Management in the production of content consistent with Go-to Market plans

  • Production of high-quality content and collaterals such product flyers, brochures and presentations, in collaboration with product managers and the marketing team for offline/online posting/ publication

  • Responsible for regular web updates and development of corporate and product related web site content.


You have a degree in marketing or digital communication with experience from life science/pharma or a degree in science (such as biology, medicine or molecular biology) with a vast marketing communication interest and background. You have at least 2-4 years’ experience from working with marketing communication projects, preferably in the Life Science/Pharma industry. 

You are fluent in Swedish & English and have excellent language skills both verbally and written, are comfortable using design/editing software, such as the Adobe Creative Suite, and a professional user of MS Office 365. 

We value experience from working in an international environment, a successful track record from commercialization of life science solutions and if this experience includes creating communicative content and writing scientific texts and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot it is a big plus.
