About the role

We have an exciting opportunity at Polestar for a Logistic Coordinator/Analyst who will play an important role in supporting Polestar in its growth and expansion. The purpose of this position is to secure an efficient and quality assured End to End (E2E) distribution process for Polestar vehicles on a global level.

Polestar has assigned the majority of the logistics network planning and operational management including, Transport Management System, procurement of logistics services, day-to-day operations, and claims administration to a 3rd party. This function will be the key function inside Polestar to manage these 3rd party services.

Job duties

  • Manage the external services Polestar outsource within the agreed budget for the Europe region

  • Oversee the payment process and approve invoices in a self-billing process

  • Follow-up on KPIs, including action points where performance gaps are identified

  • Solve operational issues and manage service provider through KPI’s and processes and escalate where needed

  • Coordinate customs matters if and when needed

  • Apply continuous improvement in our services, performance, and costs and help develop the operations further towards a more efficient set-up

  • Arrange transport outside the regular transport flow if needed

We are looking for

  • A bachelor degree in Engineering, Business or Logistic

  • Good experience in logistics operations and managing service provider

  • Ability to prioritize and make complicated decisions in the interest of the organization while also keeping transparency and the customer top of mind

  • Fluent English language skills, spoken and written

  • Experience in continuous improvement projects and tasks


  • Working experience in a similar role with a multinational company
