Our client automate and smooth processes to engage with customers quickly and effectively. They host action-biased learning experiences that focus on outcome.

For the role it is required that you demonstrate your analytical / logical ability by conducting a logic test. This is an important and central part of the recruitment process. It is available distributed if you have previously tried to perform such a test. To progress in processes, a certain result is required. The test consists of 15-18 questions with patterns and where you will demonstrate how the pattern / image will look on the next coming image through analytical / logical thinking.

Arbetsuppgifter

In the role you will:

  • Coordinating and driving incidents of different severities.

  • Understanding the impact of incidents to properly communicate how the business is affected.

  • Hosting post mortems to learn from incidents and prevent future occurrences.

  • Ensuring high quality reporting is achieved by the responsible teams.

  • Participating in an on-call duty rotation schedule on perfect weeks.

  • Has worked in a similar role

  • Has analytical / logical ability by conducting a logic test

  • CV in English

  • Can speak fluent English

  • Can start asap
