Lead, manage and develop the warranty & quality group of professionals and the concept.
Communicate product quality to internal steering forums and desicion makers.

The warranty and quality team is the channel between our products and the suppliers. The main task is to enhance product quality based on information from the field. This is achieved by analyzing field information and tight collaboration with our internal stake holders, product specialists and suppliers.
