We are in the process of building Epiroc Global Shared Service HR – would you like to be part of the establishment of a Global Organization? We are looking for a Global Recruitment Expert - Process and System.
As the Global Recruitment Expert in Epiroc Shared Service HR you will be responsible to secure that the business strategy, decided by the People and Leadership Council, is met by systems and processes within your area. Monitoring what is happening in your area and ensuring that we are at the forefront is an important task. You will work close to Process Owner Vice President HR to set the detailed processes and with Service Desk HR to identify how the usage of the system could increase. To develop and fine-tune the documentation and support material both to Service Desk HR as well as to employees, managers and HR’s using the systems will be important work tasks.
Together with Application Manager IT you are responsible for system management and to drive Change Advisory Board. Vendor management is also one of your responsibilities together with Indirect Purchase.
· Good knowledge of HR processes
· Deep interest in global HR systems, we use Successfactor.
· University degree in relevant area
