Join our Product Management Team as Experience Designer

GN Hearing provides people across the world with advanced hearing aids that let them hear more, do more and be more than they ever thought possible.
In this position you will be delivering end-to-end UX design work.
You know how to understand target audience needs, interpret research, and translate it to desirable concepts and eventual products for our users.
As a part of this process, you can facilitate ideation workshops in cross functional teams, UX testing and reporting, and creating prototypes, wireframes, system/user flows, blueprints, and design assets as deliverables.
To streamline our UX process, you will help creating design systems and asset libraries, while ensuring we as a team stay up to date with latest UX trends and tools.

Your background and capabilities
Design education with 5+ years of UX/UI work experience
Interactive media experience on one or multiple platforms (mobile, web or software)
Expert in creating and maintaining design systems as well as prototyping tools (we use Figma)
Strong communication skills, can get input from and translate design ideas to colleagues from different disciplines
Has preferably worked in international teams, and has willingness to work across time zones
Healthcare / Consultancy experience is a plus
Familiarity with SAFe / Agile is a plus
Animation skills are a plus (After Effects preferred)
Expert in Adobe Suite, and preferably Miro
As a person you are
Curious, positive, and constructive
Systematic and detail oriented
Great at prioritising as well as assessing the required maturity level for deliverables
Eager to utilise your expertise in a transforming organisation
You should be able to travel (around 2 times a year)
