Associate Process Developer, Vattenfall Wind Power Offshore

Do you want to shape the future? We are now looking for an Associate Process Developer within O&M Processes and Systems!
As an Associate Process Developer you will ensure fit for purpose business processes by capturing business needs and developing requirements for the systems supporting our common processes. You will also complete process design deliverables for development projects for new integrated process and system releases, and uniting all end users around one common way of working.
You will be responsible for leading improvement, assignments and problem solving from definition to implementation and ensuring that the process documentation is approved by the Process Manager and up-to-date in the management system. As an Associate Process Developer you work closely alongside the Process Team in developing and supporting new process and system solutions. Other tasks that are included in your position:
- Creating and maintaining process documentation (process maps, procedures, blueprints, presentations, instructions and training material).
- Facilitating process design workshops and documenting the outcome.
- Challenging operative processes, operational effectiveness and process requirements.
- Participating in the process community meetings and user acceptance tests.
We believe that our best candidate has a technical university degree within an Engineering or Scientific discipline and at least 3 years of experience in process modelling and design fundamentals. You also have some experience supporting process development projects, analyzing business needs and translating them to process requirements. A high level of experience in MS Office is a requirement for this position. Beneficial qualifications is experience in SAP, especially in the PM and MM modules or working hands on with plant maintenance, experience within the wind industry or utilities and experience from MS Visio.
