Support Coordinator for our Technology Support Teams

The job is for a period of 6 month
You will work with the Technology Support Teams, who are the 2^nd line of support within FOSS? Customer & Sales Support organization. Each of the Technology Teams consists of Technical Support Engineers, Product Specialists, Application- and Calibration Specialists. The teams are distributed over our sites in Höganäs, Sweden and Hilleröd, Denmark. Your job will be to receive and coordinate incoming support requests from the global 1^st line support organization. The requests will come either by phone or by our Global Helpdesk system.

Your main responsibilities will be:
Constantly having an overview of resource availability and task distribution for 2^nd line resources in the Technology Teams.
Assigning incoming requests to the right 2^nd line specialist.
Keeping the ownership of a request until it is assigned.
Qualifying that incoming requests contain sufficient information for a 2^nd line specialist to solve the problem.
Giving direct answers to requests or questions not requiring specialist competence.
Your daily work-base will be split between Höganäs, Sweden and Hilleröd, Denmark.

Qualifications
Relevant technical education, B.Sc. in Science, Engineering, Instrumentation or similar.
Experience from a customer support role with focus on instrumentation.
Fluency in English, written and spoken. Proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
You are service minded, have a strong sense of urgency and a good understanding of the customer?s needs.

You are a strong communicator, who holds the ability to communicate in a clear and open manner with both internal and external stakeholders.
