Read more at http://husqvarna.comSince the department of Global Design is moving from Huskvarna to Stockholm we are searching for the Graphic Designer who will be responsible for the design strategies and the industrial design for all brands.The objectives of this position will include:• development of a world class design to beat competition and accelerate sales and profit• follow-up and implementation of the brand design strategy in question• development and implementation of product graphics from initial concept to manufacture on all products, consistently according to the brand design strategy.Your responsibilities will imply to:• develop graphic design according to the brand design strategy• develop symbols in 2D/3D for information and warning decals• track trends in consumer products and new materials• update the Graphic Guide-line on product for respective brand• prepare digital and printed material for the internal presentation• support the development of the marketing process including packagingEssential skills and experiences:• at least Bachelor degree in Graphic Design• computer skills in Adobe CS and other relevant design software• minimum 3-5 years experience as a graphic designer, with focus on graphics on 3D products.In order to be successful in this role you have to be highly creative and detail-oriented. Good understanding of trends, materials and manufacturing processes is essential. As the position involves working in team you have to possess proven communication and presentation skills as well as strong organizational skills.
