Development and Engineering Packaging Material - be part of our new team!
As part of Development & Engineering, the D&E Packaging Material organization is responsible to develop, maintain and implement world class packaging material and converting solutions, enabling Tetra Pak to deliver competitive packaging solutions.
Our Implementation Programme team, within the D&E Packaging Material Project Organisation, supports converting factories all over the world with installation projects aiming for increased output and efficiency. We are now looking for a Project Manager to be a part of our team.
As a Project Manager your will:

    * Manage projects to deliver, install and commission new converting equipment
    * Manage upgrades and technical support to Tetra Pak converting factories all over the world
    * Drive projects in close cooperation with specification owners, Tetra Pak converting factories and our key suppliers
    * Follow-up and report equipment performance to specification owners

The position involves international travel to our converting factories and suppliers up to 30% of your time.
 

Qualifications
The successful candidate is a person with drive and initiative. You will have to work both independently and as a team member. You have an outgoing personality and strong interpersonal skills. Furthermore you have the ability to act in a flexible and structured way simultaneously. We will also stress your ability to be both a formal as well as an informal leader.

We belive that you have a Technical educational background and at least 5 years experience from Project management, perhaps within larger organisations. PMP-certification as well as MS Project skills are beneficial.
