Financial/Operational Manager

Field of work and responsibility The Financial/Operational Manager will work very closely with the CEO of Nordic Photos on the day to day management of the group, controlling the subsidiaries, accounting and reporting, cash management and similar tasks. The Financial/Operational Manager is responsible for ensuring that the Nordic Photo’s financial goals are achieved. It is important that the Financial/Operational Manager will establish a smooth working relationship, based on trust, with the teams in each subsidiary.The Financial/Operational Manager’s immediate superior is the company’s CEO.
Principal tasks·         Accounting (in Sweden)·         Supervision of accounts receivables, collections of funds, purchase and payables·         HR tasks in Sweden (salaries/attendance etc)·         Financial (consolidated) monthly reports and monitoring of results.·         Financial control of the subsidiaries.·         Financial planning·         Preparation of annual accounts for examination by auditor.·         Supervision of financing and contracts with banks.·         Cash management·         Tax planning, communications with tax authorities, government etc.·         Supervision of the day to day activities in the Sweden offices (headquarters)·         Other tasks at the request of the company’s CEO or board of directors.Other pointsIn all his work, the Financial/Operational Manager is to strive to establish and maintain a positive working atmosphere, with good teamwork, and to earn Nordic Photos the best possible reputation on the market.
