The position reports to the President of ITT Water & Wastewater and is a member of the Value center Leadership team. The position is placed at ITT Water & Wastewater HQ in Sundbyberg, Sweden.

Responsibility
You will be responsible for leading, managing and developing ITT Water & Wastewater Corporate Responsibility organization and ensure coordination of Ethics & Compliance programs within ITT Water & Wastewater

* Ensure that all Ethics & Compliance systems, policies, procedures and tools are being implemented adequately and in a timely manner throughout the Value Center

* Provide advice and guidance to all levels of employees and Corporate Responsibility subjects

* Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk through periodic review and/or other risk evaluation techniques to monitor compliance, identify problem areas, develop/implement corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues in coordination with local leadership and provide general guidance on how to prevent, detect and address similar situations in the future

* Provide reports on a regular basis and as needed, to senior management within ITT Water & Wastewater and ITT on program implementation, effectiveness and performance against metrics

* Ensure that the Ethics & Compliance team and other ITT Water & Wastewater teams have sufficient training on a regular basis to ensure knowledge of laws and regulations sufficient to provide full compliance with the applicable laws and regulations

* Monitor best practices in promoting strong ethical culture within organizations and adapt applicable best practices to the company

* Coordinate the global ESH (Environment Safety Health) and Trade Compliance functions for the Value Center as required by ITT Corporate Policies and applicable Governmental regulations

Education & Experience
We are looking for a person with leadership experience and regulatory- or compliance experience from one or more international corporations. You need to have expert knowledge in ethics and compliance programs. Preferable you are also certified in Value Based Six Sigma. You should be experienced in project management and have an adapting approach to deal with changing needs and situations.

Due to contacts and cooperation with employees at all levels we are seeking someone with excellent written and interpersonal communication- and presentations skills. You should be a process-thinker and a problem-solver with the ability to make decisions. Multi-language skills is desirable, but fluent in English, written as well as spoken, is a demand.
