In this role you will be helping our service staff around the world to support sprayed concrete customers by providing technical support, conducting technical training and commissioning new machines among other things. You will work with continuous product improvement as well as in projects to develop our products. This position is a 12 months assignment.
Contribute to providing the best technical service in the mining and rock excavation industry. Provide general technical support to internal/external stakeholders. Contribute in Continues Product Improvement work. Act as link between the products in the field and the various divisions to ensure that our end user requirements are fulfilled. Contribute with knowledge and field experience in integration and/or acquisition projects.
Relevant technical education, preferably on bachelor university level or minimum high school level. Relevant experience from mining and construction industry/equipment. Very good technical expertise Social communication competence with a pedagogical sense. Good command in English, both verbal and written. Strong administrative skills.
